Hello, my name is Chanelle but to my kiddos it’s Auntie Nel or Ah- Nel. I have over eighteen years of teaching experience, and I am the proud owner of The Molding Pot Academy Early Preschool Learning. Although I am a teacher by degree, I hold many titles when it comes to the care and well being of our children here at The Molding Pot. I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to do something I love doing, all while creating lasting relationships with families. As we go on this journey, I would love for you to join our family. Here at The Molding Pot we create a safe space for children to grow, learn, and flourish. It is my mission to equip them to reach their highest abilities. Our daughter has been going to the Molding Pot since 2018 when Ms. Chanelle opened her doors. I cannot say enough about the care and education our daughter receives at the Molding Pot. Not only does Ms. Chanelle provide a safe and loving environment she provides age appropriate learning for the kids. I will never forget the day my daughter came home from daycare and was able to look at dinosaur pictures and tell me what kind of dinosaur each one was. My daughter writes her name, counts and knows what cranes are used for.

Ms. Chanelle has put her entire heart into the Molding Pot, when I am at work I know my daughter is in the best hands. I also get to see what daily activities the kids are doing with pictures on the Brighwheel interactive daycare app and on Instagram. Ms. Chanelle is nothing short but part of our family as she has taken care of our daycare age daughter and also stepped up to care for our 5th grader while we have most recently needed care for her due to school closures.

I've known Chanelle for years from church. The way how she was so attentive to the childrens church I've always wanted my child to go to class with her. (Even before I had children). After my daughters surgery I worked hard to pay off medical bills and knew I couldnt take her with me so daycare was our best option. I was so ecstatic that Chanelle had one more space open just for my daughter during this time. From the moment she has stared to now Ive seen a dramatic change. She is singing her alphabet, nursery rhymes, signing, and playing with others with no hesitation. Chanelle has been a awesome teacher to my baby and we are so happy to have her in our lives. If you are on the fence, dont be Go with her and you'll be just as impressed as we are!
